Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Approach

Every Craftzar product is handmade by skilled artisans in India. Each piece carries small irregularities — slight variations in color, pattern, weave, or finish — that are a natural and intentional part of handcrafted work, not defects. These are what make each Craftzar piece unique.

That said, we stand behind our quality. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged during shipping
The product is materially different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong product, wrong color)
The product has a clear manufacturing defect not consistent with the handmade nature of the item

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email contact@craftzar.com with your order number, photos clearly showing the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Items with minor variations in color, pattern, or weave inherent to handcrafted goods
Custom or personalized orders
Sale or clearance items, unless damaged on arrival
Items returned without prior approval from Craftzar

International Returns

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns from international orders. For approved damage or defect claims, we offer the following options:

Full refund without return (we may ask you to dispose of the damaged item locally)
Replacement shipment at no additional cost
Store credit equal to the order value plus 10%

Craftzar will choose the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph the damage immediately upon opening and email us within 48 hours. Damage claims made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be processed with the courier, which limits our ability to compensate you.
