Welcome to Craftzar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website craftzar.com ("Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Craftzar. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products

Craftzar offers handcrafted textiles, home décor, and related products. All products are handmade by artisans in India, and as a result, slight variations in color, pattern, weave, and finish are inherent to the craftsmanship. These variations are not defects — they are what make each piece unique. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor and lighting differences.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices on the Site are shown in your local currency where supported (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, INR, and others). Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable for Indian customers. For international orders, prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer (see Section 7). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payments through PayPal, Razorpay, and other gateways listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Craftzar does not store your card details. International payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout, subject to your card issuer's foreign transaction policies and exchange rates.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs Duties

Detailed shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

• Domestic orders within India ship within 3–7 business days.
• International orders ship within 5–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, or India Post depending on destination.
• Free international shipping is available on all orders above USD 199 (or equivalent in local currency).
• Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges applicable in their country. Craftzar has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
• If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the customer will be refunded the product cost minus original shipping, return shipping, and any handling charges.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Returns Policy is set out separately. In summary:

• We accept returns for damaged or defective items only, reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are not considered defects.
• International orders are non-returnable except in cases of confirmed damage or wrong product shipped.
• Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product images, designs, text, logos, the Craftzar name and trademark — is the property of NextVector Technologies Private Limited or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to upload any harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextVector Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Site, and the "Last updated" date at the top reflects when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Craftzar products are handmade to order or carefully selected from artisan inventory. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Personalized or custom orders may take longer — exact timelines will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• India — domestic orders
• United States, Canada
• United Kingdom and European Union countries
• Australia and New Zealand
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UAE

If your country is not listed, please email us at contact@craftzar.com before placing an order and we will let you know if we can ship to you.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

All international shipments are sent via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or India Post International EMS depending on destination and order value. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• India: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days (DHL/FedEx); 10–18 business days (Economy)
• UK & Europe: 5–9 business days (DHL/FedEx); 10–15 business days (Economy)
• Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days (DHL/FedEx)
• Japan, Singapore, UAE, South Korea: 5–8 business days (DHL/FedEx)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, and local courier conditions can cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free international shipping on all orders above USD 199 (or equivalent in local currency: approximately £160, €175, AUD 305, ¥30,000, CAD 275).

For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate is applied based on destination, visible at checkout before payment. Indicative flat rates:

• USA & Canada: USD 22 per order
• UK & Europe: GBP 18 / EUR 20 per order
• Australia & New Zealand: AUD 28 per order
• Japan, Singapore, UAE, South Korea: USD 24 per order
• India: ₹99 per order (free over ₹2,000)

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other customs-related charges levied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and product category, and Craftzar has no way to predict them in advance.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, you will be refunded the product cost minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any handling fees charged by the courier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the courier.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more business days, or if your package has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@craftzar.com. We will work with the courier to locate the package or, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Approach

Every Craftzar product is handmade by skilled artisans in India. Each piece carries small irregularities — slight variations in color, pattern, weave, or finish — that are a natural and intentional part of handcrafted work, not defects. These are what make each Craftzar piece unique.

That said, we stand behind our quality. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged during shipping
• The product is materially different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong product, wrong color)
• The product has a clear manufacturing defect not consistent with the handmade nature of the item

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email contact@craftzar.com with your order number, photos clearly showing the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items with minor variations in color, pattern, or weave inherent to handcrafted goods
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale or clearance items, unless damaged on arrival
• Items returned without prior approval from Craftzar

International Returns

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns from international orders. For approved damage or defect claims, we offer the following options:

• Full refund without return (we may ask you to dispose of the damaged item locally)
• Replacement shipment at no additional cost
• Store credit equal to the order value plus 10%

Craftzar will choose the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph the damage immediately upon opening and email us within 48 hours. Damage claims made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be processed with the courier, which limits our ability to compensate you.

Children

Craftzar is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
