Processing Time
All Craftzar products are handmade to order or carefully selected from artisan inventory. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Personalized or custom orders may take longer — exact timelines will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
All international shipments are sent via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or India Post International EMS depending on destination and order value. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, and local courier conditions can cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We offer free international shipping on all orders above USD 199 (or equivalent in local currency: approximately £160, €175, AUD 305, ¥30,000, CAD 275).
For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate is applied based on destination, visible at checkout before payment. Indicative flat rates:
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other customs-related charges levied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and product category, and Craftzar has no way to predict them in advance.
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, you will be refunded the product cost minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any handling fees charged by the courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the courier.
Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more business days, or if your package has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@craftzar.com. We will work with the courier to locate the package or, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
